The Story

Founded in 1984, the Milford, Connecticut-based non-profit focuses on providing support, education, and hope to all affected by the pain and disability of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) in order to drive research to develop better treatments and a cure.

The Goal

Social media was always important to RSDSA, but the organization needed additional attention on the work and research they were completing in order for others to fully understand what CRPS Warriors have to overcome on a daily basis.

The Solution

The Content Plug initially created an audit to determine if the influencer’s followers aligned with her target audience. The audit also allowed us to complete a massive account cleanup, highlight best practices, refresh her bio + hashtags, and more.

We then created her strategy, managed her content calendar, attended her many in-person events to capture live content, repurposed her large archive of photos and videos, and much more.
